12 Week Kids Self Defense Program

No-gi, home school friendly, self defense focused program that covers all key positions.

Schedule and Pricing

Home school fall session runs for 12 weeks with class once per week. Interested in training twice a week? Add on a second class for extra fun and solid skill acquisition.Class runs about an hour. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get situated and as a way to show respect for class structure.

  • Our 2025 fall/winter session dates are September 8th - December 12th. (No class week of November 3rd and Thanksgiving week.)

  • Location: 2500 NW 5th Ave, Boca Raton, FL 33431

  • Pricing: $230 first student, $190 sibling discount

  • Ages 6 - 9 - classes Thursday 12 - 12:45PM and Friday 1 - 1:45PM

  • Ages 10+ - class Thursday 1 - 2PM

  • Spots are limited and only reserved after payment.

Private Lessons

Private lessons give you the chance to take your jiu-jitsu to the next level with personalized coaching that's 100% tailored to your needs. Unlike group classes, where instruction is broad and time is shared, one-on-one training puts the spotlight on your individual goals.Private lessons are available for both children and adults, starting at $200 per hour. About

We are a no-gi program, meaning you don't have to invest in a uniform (or do all that laundry). Our program blends modern no-gi jiu jitsu with a focus on real-world self-defense, taught in a welcoming, family-oriented setting.We believe in growing strong, confident kids who are rooted in discipline, courage and kindness. The olive tree symbolizes strength and peace - just like the students we aim to grow.Professor Natalie is a black belt in jiu-jitsu who has practiced for over 12 years. She competed and taught on and off for many years, winning tournaments around the country. She is thrilled to be transitioning into more of a teaching role.

Curriculum

Students progress through a program that introduces every core jiu-jitsu position. Each class pairs technical drilling with real-world self-defense context, so kids don't just learn how to move, they learn why the positions matter. Every technique is taught with practical application in mind. Each session will cover:
